Hallo Deutschland. Erklär mir bitte, worum es in diesem Meme geht? Ich habe den Verdacht, dass es etwas mit Fußball zu tun haben könnte, da es in meiner Stadt viele andere Aufkleber von Fußballvereinen gibt. Aber ich habe wirklich keine Ahnung, was das bedeutet, und kann auch im Internet nichts finden. Ich hoffe, dass es kein düsterer Witz ist :D. Habe es in meiner Stadt Domažlice in der Tschechischen Republik gefunden.

I think you‘d have to get lucky to find anyone who knows what that means. My best bet is some friends made stickers from each other, theres friends of me who did the same. Most time this will be a small inside joke within a group of friends
Not sure if there’s more going on, but it’s basically saying „Somebody put a sticker over your sticker, dick“.
I’d say it’s just a meme to put a sticker on someone else’s sticker (there’s tons of political or sports team stickers in germany) which taunts them.
