Hallo, ich habe eine Frage zum Buch "Der schwarze Tau" von Theodor Kittelsen und bezüglich der spezifischen Ausgabe zur norwegischen Sprache, die auf dem Bild abgebildet ist. Ich weiß nicht, wie ich diese Ausgabe anders beschreiben soll, als nur das Cover des Buches bereitzustellen. Ich verstehe die norwegische Sprache nicht, möchte aber diese spezielle Ausgabe des Buches kaufen, weil ich ein Fan der Kunst von Theodor Kittelsen bin und dieses Buch aus ästhetischen Gründen gerne hätte. Ich war mir nicht sicher, wo ich das fragen sollte, und ich kann beim Googeln keine Antwort auf meine Frage finden, also hoffe ich wohl verzweifelt, dass mir hier jemand antworten kann.
Meine Frage ist: Welcher Teil des Buches ist die Kunst und welcher Teil des Buches ist Text?

I’m not sure you have access to this, but Nasjonabiblioteket [has the book available](https://www.nb.no/items/bce5708c84ab6092f929ab3456c8bdb2?page=0&searchText=svartedauen).
If you don’t, the book is about 50/50 art and text. 12 full page illustrations, and lots of smaller drawings.

You could contact the museum of his home [Lauvlia](https://buskerudmuseene.no/lauvlia) and ask them to send you a copy. Looks like they have an exhibition of this book and artwork now, so they definitely have it in the museum store. Online store is closed, so you will need to email them.
This is a quite rare and sought after book so it’s not easily available in its first edition. But there is actually one antiquarian bookstore that has this specific edition available but it is sold as a lot together with an even rarer edition so it’s quite expensive.
