      So all I’m hearing is.

They just have to make up some stupid fake award for him and he’ll be placated.

    2. Note that if USA politicians or citizens don’t stop this, it’ll likely start a war between the USA and its erstwhile allies. No country can afford to do nothing when it is invaded, and Denmark is a NATO member. The USA may be about to betray its allies, but many of the others won’t.

The choice is still yours at this point. If you make it clear to these fascists that an invasion of any other country will lead to a revolution and a mutiny, they can still be scared into de-escalating this. If you allow them to start a war, your democracy is doomed anyway. Do not put any faith in legal or (Republican controlled) political processes at this point. They will not stop this and they won’t protect you from the consequences. Do not count on the military to disobey either, because that will not happen.

The only thing that will stop this is if it becomes clear to the people in power that an unprovoked invasion of an allied or neutral country, whether it’s Greenland, Venezuela, Mexico or Canada, will trigger a revolution. This is your only chance.

It’d be the end of NATO and the nail in the coffin on the global structures that created an unprecedented peace (relative to the history of humanity) post-WWII. And Trump articulates the worldview – it’s the US, China and Russia dividing up territory. And this is Trump claiming Greenland and leaving Europe to figure out how to hold off Russia without them (and they’ve Ukraine to thank). But it’s January 2026 and play a game called „name an American ally.“ It’s getting hard, right?! American isolationism at its finest, combined with an imperial view of the world. And play another game – show me where this has ever worked?!

    4. And yet again we get to play the game of wondering if the dipshit in chief is going to go through with it or get distracted by a shiny object.

Trump has been given his marching orders by Putin that command him to destroy NATO, and what better way to do that than to annex Greenland. Agent Krasnov really has been Russia’s best investment!

He thinks its „just sitting there for the taking“ and if he doesn’t start a war with NATO over it then Russia or China .. will start a war with NATO over it.. apparently.

Someone put this sick dog down already.. I’m tired of this shit.

The people of Greenland have a much higher standard of living than the average US citizen but especially of indigenous people living in remote norther communities. Greenlanders get free university education and free healthcare and live in communities with actual infrastructure.

This is the line where the checks on the Executive need to step in.

Even just considering cost in taxpayer dollars, there is no justification for his expansionist BS.

    9. So what I’m hearing is the U.S. does Russia’s bidding now. NATO will have to defend Greenland from a foreign aggressor. The United States is a rogue nation. Trump is a loser Captain sinking his glorious ship faster than he can spell the word pedophile. Venezuela is a failed state which he wants to lead to glory, just like America and the now renewed and ever better DJT & JFK Memorial Center for the Arts.

      America. What a country!

Best part? 70 million morons voted for this. Wow. Just wow.

**Are any senior military officials reading this?**

I genuinely want to know something. If the order is given to invade a non-hostile nation, is that order legal? Will you follow it?

Will any of these republicans ever say enough is enough? This is absurd

    12. If any other republicans had an ounce of decency or shame, they’d remove this dangerous, dangerous arsehole from power before he starts a major war. But they won’t. Because they’re weak as piss

The celebrations around the world when this administration ends will be unprecedented.

    14. It feels like threatening the sovereignty of a NATO ally should be grounds for removal.

How is the threat alone not impeachable?

Like if I was to buy a product and I said to the store owner, “I’m taking this regardless, so you better make me a good deal on it”… Whatever deal I make is void. It made was under threat of violence.

Trump is threatening a NATO ally. How in the world is that not impeachable?

If you voted for this clown and don’t feel shame, regret, and remorse, then you are a sociopath and are in a cult. Full stop.
