Introduce property tax / property rates / build or buy government properties for low income earners
Put a tax on ‚extra‘ livable properties owned. I mean, many families buy properties for kids so when they grow up they would find a property available for them so they are not excluded from the property ladder, considering the continuous rise in property prices. The parents would be ready to make a sacrifice and take a loan for their kids‘ sake. So, if you have a married couple with one kid, you can allow them to own two properties tax free. If two kids, three properties and so on. Any other extra property would be taxed.
