I don’t know the veracity of this map, but y’all need to not confuse „most consumed“ with „only consumed“.
I’m quite surprised for east Europe(especially russia) as in my impressions chicken is definitely not the first to pop up when it comes to stereotypical local cuisines
„Consumption“ in stats is just production divided on population iirc
