Are we really wanting to recreate what caused the immobility of the UN? I agree that this is still a step up from giving everyone a veto, but isn’t there a better way?
Anyway, nations of the EU: grab a permanent seat now! History tells us that these opportunities close quickly and it only requires allocating a few troops now.
