      The headline on this article (and therefore this post) is a bit confusing…The poll was *conducted* Jan. 7, BEFORE the shooting. It was *released* January 8, AFTER the shooting.

      It would be interesting to see poll results now, after all of this coverage and administrative and media opinionation.

      Boy the bots in chat streams are all over it though, it’s ridiculous, they spent double manufacturing consent this week for sure.

      I have been on a mission to just block every single pro MAGA message I see anywhere online though. It’s just insane at this point I don’t care about debate or reaching anyone.

      They want to live in an alternate reality where three shots to the face and refusing to allow a doctor or EMT’s to get to a middle aged mother driving on the streets of the city where she lived is justice, there is no point talking to that.

      They can go debate with their other pedophile supporting anti-American traitors, I can’t be speaking to anyone supporting this madness any longer.

      Everyone should downvote this. The USAToday poll was done before she was shot. This does not represent current opinion.

      Minnesotans are pissed off and riled up at the situation.

      They are not the police. They do not protect and serve the public. Their functions is to investigate, find, and apprehend violent illegal immigrants and deport them.

      I’m all for peaceful demonstrations but as someone who’s friend & her kid didn’t get housing assistance for almost 10 years because all the bennies are going to illegal non-citizens, at some point we have to say something isn’t working.

      If in your efforts to go rally, can you please stop at the Wmart and give some food or money to the citizens & veterans sleeping in their cars or sitting out front asking for help. Thanks muchly!

      They won’t care. They have completely seized the executive and all federal law enforcement, seized the courts enough to seriously devalue them, and basically sidestepped the legislative.

      Public opinion, even likely votes, no longer matter.

      As you can clearly see in the [video analysis](https://www.nytimes.com/video/us/100000010631041/minneapolis-ice-shooting-video.html) and multiple angles from multiple videos including the one from murderer Jonathan Ross‘ perspective, murderer Jonathan Ross was never in danger. You can also see that as murderer Jonathan Ross circles around to the front of Renee Good’s vehicle, he switches his phone from his right hand to his left, freeing his dominant hand for his weapon, indicating intent as he positioned himself in front of/in the path of the vehicle, against DHS policy, and thereby leading to officer created jeopardy. 

      From murderer Jonathan Ross‘ point of view videos, Renee Nicole Good can be seen turning her steering wheel completely to the right, as such the tires of the vehicle can be seen pointed to the right away from him in every other vehicle, and he clearly stepped to the side unobstructed and continued to shoot innocent woman Renee Nicole Good point blank in the face, while fumbling with his cell phone in his other hand, while she was trying to comply with an order to move her vehicle, because he is the murderer Jonathan Ross.

      Murderer Jonathan Ross, who murdered innocent woman Renee Nicole Good, also violated [DOJ policy](https://www.justice.gov/jm/1-16000-department-justice-policy-use-force) on use of force.

      „Specifically, firearms may not be discharged at a moving vehicle unless: (1) a person in the vehicle is threatening the officer or another person with deadly force by means other than the vehicle; or (2) the vehicle is operated in a manner that threatens to cause death or serious physical injury to the officer or others, **and no other objectively reasonable means of defense appear to exist, _which includes moving out of the path of the vehicle_.“**

      Furthermore, [DHS Use of Safe Tactics](https://www.cbp.gov/sites/default/files/2024-09/exhibit_09_-_cbp_use_of_force_policy_final_jan_2021.pdf) states that: „Except where otherwise required by inspections or other operations, Authorized Officers/Agents should **avoid standing directly in front of or behind a subject vehicle**. Officers/agents **should not place themselves in the path of a moving 
      vehicle or use their body to block a vehicle’s path**. Authorized Officers/Agents should **avoid intentionally and unreasonably placing themselves in positions in which they have no alternative to using deadly force.**“

      Additionally, [this report](https://embed.documentcloud.org/documents/1175645-perf-cbp-report/), a DHS/CBP use of force review, found that often agents „intentionally **put themselves into the exit path of the vehicle, thereby exposing themselves to additional risk and creating justification for the use of deadly force**“, and that „Little focus has been placed on defensive tactics that could have been used by shooting agents such as getting out of the way“, and „There is little doubt that the safest course for an agent faced with an oncoming vehicle is to get out of the way of the vehicle“, finally recommending „**agents should be trained to get out of the way of oncoming vehicles as opposed to intentionally assuming a position in the path of such vehicles. The policy should mirror the clear and unambiguous policies that have been in place and which have proven effective in 
      a number of large U.S. jurisdictions for over 40 years**.“

      Murderer and domestic terrorist Jonathan Ross was clearly out to kill someone, and Jonathan Ross murdered Renee Good. Domestic terrorist organization ICE also **denied and delayed medical aid** to Renee Nicole Good, again against DOJ policy, every ethical and moral measure imaginable, and basic humanity. **Coward, murderer Jonathan Ross then fled the scene uninjured**. Murderer Jonathan Ross is a psychopath, just like all his colleagues in ICE, who are all accessories to murder.

      The shit thing is that these stats show that nearly half of Americans don’t really give a shit. You can couch this in saying a “majority” doesn’t like ice, but when that majority is 1-3% the truth is a significant portion of Americans don’t really have an issue with fascism. If anything, and really given the kind of talk I’ve seen on Reddit, Americans really just take issue to *how* the fascist policies are prosecuted. If you don’t see the democrats as complicit in what ICE is doing now, you’re not going to be complaining when the government is in control of the democrats, and they’re giving every indication that they won’t change shit (besides maybe doing it a little nicer).

      It’s a shit state of affairs, but honestly not surprising given the history of fascist ideology in the US. I would hope that this is a wake up call for a lot of rad libs in the US though, you should realize that the democrats are not going to resolve this
