If I read the article correctly – and I may have missed it as I skimmed it – I thought that charges weren’t brought when it was first reported because there was no sexual contact according the government.
Was there contact that was undisclosed at that time? Was there sexual contact later?
What exactly did he do?
Edit: Also what was he accused of in the past? Added a clarification as I’m not defending him in any way nor minimizing whatever he is accused of.
I remember years ago hearing that when Jennifer Love Hewitt was on Byrds of Paradise that she was actively being kept away from Timothy Busfield for her safety.

All of Hollywood likes to keep things hush—hush because of it ruining the reputation of the show, marriages, the people involved…. The image of everything being “perfect”. There had to be some rumbling earlier of this- a warrant out for someone’s arrest means there’s probably evidence that’s founded-that’s pretty serious!
It’s always the ones barking the loudest that have the most to hide.

She has never seen the type that would condone this if she knew. People are quick to judge, but remember that most (almost all) sex crimes are done in secret. Wait and see rather than condemn without facts. With the comments being made, many people would exit social media- that proves nothing except not wanting to be read vile about yourself.
