I have definitely put food back on the shelf because of these labels so I guess they are working
I have actually found myself taking smaller portions when this is staring at me from the front of the package. I bought a pack of mixed nuts and probably took half of what I would have normally.
The more black lines the better it will taste.
I have to admit I had never previously looked into the difference between saturated and trans fats and their health effects before this. It’s influencing my decision now.
A very minor step in the right direction but ultimately a missed opportunity. I religiously read food labels and constantly have to do mental math or use a bar code reader to get nutrition info. Its hard for me to see value in vague labels like these that are open to a certain degree of interpretation based on how much you are eating.
They are nice, but it’s weird how a 200g „serving“ with 15g sugar has the same warning has an item that has a 30g serving and 15g sugar(thats 50% of the product).
