North Dakota is definitely Spanish since the oil boom.

This gets reposted every few weeks, and it’s been increasingly false for almost 20 years.
– Hawaii is Iloko, not Taglog.
– New Hampshire, Alaska, Louisiana, and North Dakota are all Spanish as of 2021, and Vermont has probably seen Spanish overtake French by now as well.
Hence the blatant and pathetic racism we’re currently experiencing.

Michigan as Spanish rather than Arabic is mind boggling.

Alaska is Spanish by far. Maybe it was Yupik in like the 80s

I believe Spanish has considerably overtaken French in LA quite a while ago.

Why use the Spanish flag when it’s Mexican Spanish that is the second most common spoken language? There *is* a difference and it’s not a bunch of Spaniards speaking Spanish, it’s Mexican immigrants (I don’t have an opinion on immigration, nor do I want to have an argument, I like tacos)

Really have to wonder how much German would be spoken in the US still if WWI and WWII hadn’t happened

Yupik is a family not a distinct language.
