So are people (bots?) these days just purposefully creating horrible maps to ragebait? I mean what is the non-Swedish green country even supposed to be? Russia? Soviet Union? Because the map doesn’t really correspond to either in their best-known versions. Or is this supposed to be saying that the February 30th thing happened specifically on the historic moment this map happens to represent? If so, why leave out the time period??

13 months, 28 days, you get 1 to 2 extra days a year for New Years celebrations and nobody has to work on NYE. They don’t even have to be called monday tuesday, but have special names like NYE and extra day and then the calendar is nice and all days align and the 1st is always Monday. But people are creatures of habit, and that will never work.
I’m a keen advocate for the 32nd December instead of the 29th Feb. We should be getting an extra day of Christmas holiday instead of working an extra day for free.

So you know on February 30th Russia celebrates it’s democracy day. You are allowed to also protest, access media without censorship and so on.
