Ich habe viel positives Feedback für ein Tool erhalten, das ich vor zwei Monaten hier gepostet habe, also haben mein Freund und ich mehrere Funktionen hinzugefügt und es mit Daten für jeden Bundesstaat aktualisiert. Im Anhang finden Sie einige mit dem Tool erstellte Screenshots. Die Listenpreisskala wurde mit dem 33. Perzentil als unterem Ende und dem 66. Perzentil als oberem Ende berechnet.
Dieses Tool zeigt *alle* Immobilienangebote von Zillow, den Durchschnittspreis nach Landkreis und dynamisch generierte Median-Boxen, die es einfacher machen, bezahlbare Gegenden zu finden. Es gibt 1,85 Millionen Einträge, die mit gesammelt wurden hasdata.com am 11.11.2025.

You should spend some time reading up on color scales and how to apply them in mapping situations. This comes across as a sea of green with some splotches of red, conveying very little useful information. If you think your home is worth more than 100k, it’s not. The market is just insane. Homes are places to live, not investments. The prices should be static by law or if anything depreciate over time with wear on the house just like wear on a car. Your 90s kitchen didn’t get any upgrades so why would it be worth triple? Makes no sense. It’s all just a big speculation bubble.
After having done some relatively extensive research of my own I’ve come to one conclusion: Homes are most expensive exactly where we all want to live. Seems there might be an economics lesson buried in there somewhere…
As a Canadian, most of this map is dirt cheap. I can look across a lake and on a clear day I can see, depending on location, half the price… sometimes a quarter of the price or even better. Canadian data added in would be fascinating. TRREB probably holds most of it (to get it legally) or maybe could be scraped from HouseSigma.
The color scale isn’t ideal, as someone else said it’s a sea of green w\ some red splotches.
Overlay this map with native American reservations for an interesting correlation.
