Even the apology is implausible and underhanded. How someone like this is able to continue to practice law is disturbing.
I wish I could find any reporting of this story that wasn’t from an obviously-partisan source.

According to that, he did not stage a graffiti attack to frame the group, he linked them to someone else’s post about a graffiti attack, knowing that it was false.
