You don’t understand, those terms of service are there for the billionaires, not for everyone else.
Nobody is mentioning how they were able to download such illegal data and train a model which is capable of drawing past clothes for even kids, this is a horrible situation of mammoth proposition.
So when musk changed the name from twitter to x that’s because he wanted it to be x rated. /s

He is just a figure head. An escape goat for what the Government is actually doing.
