You don’t understand, those terms of service are there for the billionaires, not for everyone else.

Nobody is mentioning how they were able to download such illegal data and train a model which is capable of drawing past clothes for even kids, this is a horrible situation of mammoth proposition.

    3. So when musk changed the name from twitter to x that’s because he wanted it to be x rated. /s

    4. Tough choices. Fight child porn, or keep Trump and Musk happy.

      So much winning!

Imagine [passing a literal law against revenge porn](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/TAKE_IT_DOWN_Act) and then when they host a revenge porn (and CP) production machine, writing a stern letter to these corps instead of actually arresting people. Not only are corporations already unaccountable, the real use of AI is to act as an insulator for them from any consequences whatsoever.

    6. Uh aren’t there actual laws against this in states. Just issue arrest warrants……

Their buildings should be raided for making child porn. The fact that we ask nicely is humiliating.

I don’t mean to be that guy but terms of service aren’t laws and are up to the company’s discretion

He is just a figure head. An escape goat for what the Government is actually doing. They picked the most vile person to head this position of president to distract from what the government is doing and has been doing for a long time. When he is gone there will be someone else even more vile then him. The government will continue to do what they have always done.

    10. I don’t understand how Apple doesn’t do this automatically. Like, if I violate terms of service… my account getting shut off. It is pretty simple. If they get wishy washy about it, it is over, X wins

Interesting how it violated the ToS but not the law. If only Congress could do something about that.
