Because of Mercosur Macron started attacking Brazil some time ago.
Yeah, all things considered Brazil would benefit a lot from this deal, but in my opinion, Europe should start being less bureaucratic and get their shit together. Everyone can benefit from this, but Europe is stagnated in so many fronts.
