      Vlad was upset that Donny stole his oil tanker and made his navy look weak. I’m sure Dimitri Medvedev probably pushed the big red button to launch it.

      Imagine have a military so anemic that you have to waste hundreds of millions of dollars using a medium range ballistic missile to try and accurately hit your target. Utilizing these are not economical, there’s a reason why we only have nukes on weapons like this, because it’s really not worth it unless you’re using a warhead as powerful as a nuke.
