      There are a lot of chargeable crimes here. The shooting is an obvious thing. But then many officers blocked medical aid to the shooting victim. Time is essential!

      When aid was allowed, the emergency workers were not allowed to bring essential equipment and vehicles to the scene.

      I guess ICE didn’t want a live victim?

      I can’t believe that an army of anti-immigrant goons with heavy armor and guns, who got a weekend of training, and were unleased into American cities, resulted in someone being shot.

      No, just kidding. The violence is inevitable and the ultimate goal. They were hoping that would have happened a lot sooner. Violence will not go down, it will go up. And up, and up and up.

      Then Donald gets on TV:

      „Now we have no choice but to:

      a) impose a curfew

      b) disarm the people

      c) make the Democratic party illegal

      d) all of the above

      My point is, the MAGA gestapo army is not a victim of a non-compliant, lefty populace. The people of America are being terrorized by the state.

      ice and federal immigration agents cannot arrest or detain u.s. citizens under immigration law (8 u.s.c. § 1357), cannot use force against someone who isn’t an immediate threat, and cannot block or box in a car just for being in a public space. they must follow constitutional limits, including the first amendment (freedom of speech and assembly), the fourth amendment (unreasonable searches and seizures), and the fifth amendment (due process), and deadly force is only legally allowed if someone poses an imminent threat of serious harm (graham v. connor, 490 u.s. 386 (1989)).

      they are not law enforcement officers. they have no legal ground to continually be confronting protesters, or in this case, likely bystanders.

      Yes I’d like to charge the administration for murder based on the multiple pieces of evidence. That shows a citizen has been murdered because they did not act in violence but due to fear because multiple men had weapons approached her vehicle. In which any sane human would want to evade the situation of being killed and was murdered by a police state that was constructed by said administration to enact fear to minority groups. Be it the poor or the indifference of color. As the rich do not get a pass because you are the reason for the mess for centuries of human existence.

      Tomorrow when ICE agents hit the streets again, arrest every single one. They want to wear masks? Fine, but you are now a suspect in a murder. In my opinion we are looking for 5 men who performed a hit job. Arrest them, book them, and watch them turn on each other.

      We’ve definitely crossed the line on use of force. Placing yourself in front of a car is not only stupid but you can say escalation, provocation, looking for a reason to shoot someone. As this ICE thug scumbag did.
