At least four videos show what really happened when ICE shot a woman in Minneapolis on Wednesday. DHS has established itself as an agency that cannot be trusted to live in or present reality.

What has been said so far?

„An ICE officer, fearing for his life, the lives of his fellow law enforcement and the safety of the public, fired defensive shots,“ — DHS statement on X.

„[The woman] viciously ran over the ICE Officer“ — Trump on Truth Social

„A woman attacked them and those surrounding them“ — Kristi Noem at a presser.

All lies. This is a pattern.

This is a pattern. Some event happens as part of the Trump administration’s mass deportation campaign, DHS rushes out a misleading, wrong, or incendiary statement that does not reflect reality, and it becomes another piece of ammo for the [X.com](http://x.com/?ref=404media.co) grifters, right wing media ecosystem, or people who just love the idea of others being hurt. DHS’s serial lying has become such a problem that even a judge called it out. In November, U.S. District Judge Sara L. Ellis [wrote a more than 200 page opinion](https://cst.brightspotcdn.com/49/34/daecfb4d4b86971a884bd736a564/ellisopinion.pdf?ref=404media.co) that in large part catalogued DHS officials’ bullshit. Parts of the opinion were scathing: “The Court finds Defendants‘ evidence simply not credible.”

Turn on Fox News.  They are having such a hard time doing anything except state that reactions to the shooting are very far apart. 

They so clearly know they’re lying. They cut off the reporter on the scene when he presented information that ICE told Renne Good to get out of there, and then shot 

This reminds me very much of the police killing of Zachary Hammond. He was shot and killed by the police while trying to drive away, and the video is very similar to this one. While his family won a relatively small civil suit, there were no criminal charges filed against that officer.

The shooter wasn’t even detained. The cops are complicit as is everyone in power. They’ve done nothing to stop Americans being kidnapped and murdered by armed thugs.

ICE has been lying about many things. Remember when they were going to go after the hardened criminals and then instead went after gardeners and construction workers? Pepperidge Farm remembers.

Ice cannot be allowed to continue. People across the country need to stand up to ICE. Block them. Fight them. Don’t let them eat in peace, don’t let them sleep in piece. Every single one of them is a criminal hurting Americans. And stand up to company’s like “Hilton” who enable and sponsor them.

Watch the woman’s video that shows the shooter walking around almost giddy about it. The same guy Trump says is “in the hospital recovering” from being “viscously run over”.

This reminds me so much of when Elon did a nazi salute and MAGA rejected the evidence of their eyes and ears.

Video evidence from multiple angles shows that not a single one of these armed thugs was in danger.

It speaks volumes that all of the MAGA mouthpieces are coming out in full force right now to try to defend murder; repeating the phrases that have been provided to them by the White House; peddling the regime’s propaganda for immediate consumption in order to control the narrative.

FFS, the victim was surrounded by a team of armed, trigger happy, jackbooted, militant cosplayers hoping for an excuse. Her life was the only one at urgent risk.

This has all the hallmarks of „reject the evidence of your eyes and ears.“

Imagine for a moment if these masked ICE goons—deputized and incited to unaccountable violence by the president—were not immigration agents, but so-called „ANTIFA“ revolutionaries. MAGA would be screaming bloody murder.

This is because their loyalty and the loyalty of these unanswerable outlaws is not to this country, nor the safety of its people, not to the law, nor the constitution, but to Donald Trump and to a destructive, hateful and violent ideology.

This outcome was inevitable because the Trump administration’s authoritarian deployment of untrained and unchecked ICE thugs never intended to „reduce crime“ or drive back some imaginary „invasion“ or „rebellion.“ No, the intention was always to legitimize the occupation of areas around the country where Trump’s political opposition is strongest.

Places where federalized troops and masked ICE agents have been mobilized to crackdown on protestors, crush dissenting voices, profile their targets, assault passersby, throw people into unmarked vehicles, restrict civil liberties and arrest or detain anyone who meets the regime’s vague criteria of a „domestic terrorist.“

Trump has already threatened to invoke the Insurrection Act as part of an effort to subvert the authority of states and invalidate the Posse Comitatus Act, giving him the power to order the military and his personal army of ICE doughboys to enforce his will and carry out the law however the regime sees fit.

And like every other step Trump has taken towards consolidating power and control over the country, these actions do absolutely nothing to confront the underlying, root causes of crime, political violence and other systemic issues.

Outside of being an effort to centralize authoritarian control over democrat-run cities, these measures are also meant to produce the *illusion* of safety

And as elections roll around, there’s always the strong likelihood that Trump will use this military presence to suppress the vote in urban areas.

„Law and order“ has been a conservative dog whistle for decades, and we know that Trump and MAGA don’t care all that sincerely about the law because they believe they are above it—in other words:

> „For my friends everything, for my enemies the law.“

MAGA’s law and order rhetoric is rife with these thinly veiled dog whistles meant to incite violence and hostility towards minorities, immigrants and marginalized groups. This language is also used to justify the Trump administration’s descent into authoritarianism. To them, „law and order“ means punishing their enemies.

Their obsession with crime and punishment is reflected in their support for federalizing troops and local law enforcement to subdue their political opponents. It’s reflected in this administration’s militarization of domestic policy, in Trump’s weaponization of ICE and the DOJ, in the Republican party’s blatant disregard for the basic constitutional rights of the people they’re targeting and detaining, in Trump’s attacks on law firms and judges, and in his pursuit of vengeance against his critics and anyone who has ever tried to hold him accountable.

This whole „domestic terrorism“ thing should absolutely terrify Americans . 

If this was happening in my country I would 100% be joining or forming an underground resistance. 

It’s not just the DHS. The U.s government can no longer be trusted.

When did people start believing the government is interested in their best interest? As long as I’ve been alive I’ve never trusted them.

The goal here is to create riots à la Rodney King so ICE and Trump can justify a federal takeover so far they are failing miserably. Our hope is courts can have enough evidence to convict each and every ICE criminal and those issuing such orders.

We can’t have a federal KKK agency lynching anyone they attack and then claim is because they are facing domestic terrorism! As usual every accusation is a confession with these types! ICE agents are the terrorists!
