*A major fire has broken out at Moscow’s UEC-Salyut plant, a key facility in Russia’s aviation industry. The site, part of state-owned Rostec, produces engines for Su-27/30/35 jets, Yak-130 trainers, and Ka-52 and Mi-28 helicopters. The fire reportedly started in a workshop or on the roof; black smoke is billowing over the area.*
