Venezuelan tankers have been switching to Russian flags to use the fact that Trump doesn’t want to upset Putin. Hopefully, this ruse is now busted. If it’s a genuine Russian tanker (part of the shadow fleet) then it’s still a win for Ukraine. They should think themselves lucky as Ukraine has been levying kinetic sanctions on tankers with drone boats and drone dropped grenades.
