Trump is a 1930’s style authoritarian fascist. He has no problem with annexation, which is why he has stood so solidly with Vladimir Putin. If you’ve ever wondered how fascism took hold in Europe in the lead up to WW2, we can see a real time example taking place in the US right now.

Trump himself said about the cult, „maybe the people want a dictator“. They nodded, clapped and cheered and voted him in

    So the Verdict is

If any nation who has Oil & gas or any critical natural resources but does not have Nuclear weapons to defend it , then those Natural resources belongs to United States of America directly or indirectly.

  3. Trump himself is a dictator with no boundaries….he should be impeached!

Europe survived the independence process of their other colonies in the Americas, they’ll survive Greenland.

Neither Denmark or the US have the right to annex Greenland, but at least the US is working on an offer for free association. I haven’t heard anything similar from the European side, it seems they want to retain Greenland as a colony.

lol like Europe will do anything… they couldn’t even defend Ukraine.

  6. I’m assuming the plan would be to inflict some kind of pain, rather than to choose a kinetic head to head.

Because if Europe isn’t willing to go head to head with Russia over Ukraine, I’d be shocked if they were willing to do so over Greenland.

Note: not endorsing moves on Greenland. The whole thing is stupid.

Europe’s problem is that they have ceded their defense to the United States for over 80 years now, and as a result their leverage here is limited because as they are not security independent, and are faced with an aggressive russia close to them they still need the United States security guarantees.

Because of this, Europe is not going to do much to stop the United States annexing greenland. However, I expect that regardless you will see Europe start rebuilding its militaries independently of the United States, and a decade from now the calculus may be different. There is no way European leaders aren’t livid about their powerlessness in this situation and won’t begin moving to correct it and retain their own security independence moving forward.

What if Trump threatens to immediately halt assisting Ukraine if there is pushback on his acquisition of Greenland?

What can you do when the whole europe is filled with us bases…Trump knows nato would never bite back against them, so he doesnt care what europe or the world think.

The only solution is to have him removed from power and all his goons ending in prison. But sadly we are witnessing the downfall not only of the basics of nations, world alliances, democracy and justice…putin, xi, bibi and now Trump see the rest of the world like a playground where the biggest and strongest can do whatever it wants without being held accountable.

We are entering 2026 right now…a whole lot of stuff, bad stuff can happen until 2028.

strongly worded letter being drafted as we speak…currently going through spell check…..

  12. Should we encourage all European countries to have nukes? At this point, I’d take fear of nuclear annihilation over whatever the fuck Trump is putting us through

In 2026, we are witnessing a scenario similar to World War II unfold. Europe will become a continent to be divided up by Russia and the US if no one does anything. Russia’s situation in Ukraine is not a „forced“ action; it’s designed, and is still being implemented, with US support, to severely damage the European economy. The lack of intelligent and strategic leadership in Europe is a terrible thing; no one is truly able to stand up to them.

  14. Remember when the US used to fight bullies who tried to expand their territory simply because they could and because they believed that they were superior humans?

  15. send EU troops to Greenland. Just say its to deter Russia and China. Trump doesn’t have the mandate from the American people to attack EU troops. Also leak the Epstein files. Trump is in the files.

  16. ReasonablyBadass on

How about starting by stationing some troops there, as a deterrent?

  17. Dump the Dollar. If the US is willing to abandon the worlds status quo that they themselves put in place and benefited most from, then by all means, they can rue in the muck of their own suicidal greed and hubris.

Nothing short of this will change their behaviour, they are drunk on power and have no intention of ever releasing it willingly. Let them default on their debt. Nation states not preparing for this are either suicidal themselves, or naive beyond belief.

To attack an ally, let alone a NATO ally, would be a betratal of the highest order in our „civilized“ world. They were voted in by fools that only change behaviour when they themselves get directly hurt in very obvious ways, and that mentality goes all the way up to the top. Let them reap the consequences of their actions and spur them to recalibrate themselves. The USD should be the World Reserve Currency no longer.
