Well, everybody quick to remind that Venezuela have biggest oil reserve in a world. Which might or might not be true. But thing is that it is not a cheap oil in a first place. It is heavy and need to be dilute for transportation and not so cheap to get. And everything in pretty bed shape there.
So probable it will be relevantly easy (like within year) to get production to like 2.5 million barrels day – witch is like 2.3% world prod, but high then that – not so fast. And considering there are already too much oil and prognosis to stop demand grow in 2035 that reserve might not means that much.
