      That is a deliberately misleading title.

      This was offered ***in 2019*** by the Russian ambassador to the US, and the US rejected it. The article explains all these, but the editors chose to use the most clickbait title they could spin up.

      On the one hand, it appears credible these days as we know of the absolute corruption of Trump and his ilk. On the other hand, it could be Kremlin propaganda to counter the fact that Putin suffered a blow in Venezuela …

      What exactly was Russia offering? Not to send any of their much needed in Ukraine junk military equipment? Maybe they were going to send the mighty Russian fleet (and tugs) to break the US blockade?

      Trump doesnt need Russias permission for free reign LOL. He just took it himself. Russia is offering something that is already for free
