Two years ago, troop movements like these were done using BMP’s or BTR’s. I think it’s fair to say that the russians have, for all practical purposes, run out of these platforms. Sure, they will never allow themselves to really go dry (they need a few for the victory parades 😁) but even the most hardcore vatnik bots must agree that the use of golf carts, more or less, was not in their plan of 2022.
