    1. When it comes to air quality we truly are a third world country. And it’s not so much because of the air quality itself, it’s because there will be a shit ton of people that will side with the air cancer even if they don’t really understand why

Michał! Nie zostawiaj mnie tu Michał! Uegh! Uegh! Michał! MICHAŁŁŁŁŁŁ!!!!

    3. Looks like bad source. It doesn’t look like that.

That site he shows is doing average of big regions and it skews it much.

EDIT now I see it’s daily raport. So maybe bad air quality and lack of wind in central Poland that day. Combination of few things.

honeslty, this is not true. We have a lot of sensors.
I’ve just recently came back from Durcal, a small city near Grenada in Spain, and the air is just as bad as in Poland or even worse. It smelt so bad.

Probably the mountains trapped it, but it was an interesting thing for me – not only Poland have this problem 🙂

Right-wing idiots will continue to claim that there is no smog in Poland and that we have high readings simply because we have too many sensors. I live next door to such idiots and they always burn rubbish at night, even in autumn, when the air temperature drops just below 18 degrees Celsius. The whole neighbourhood stinks of burnt plastic. A Polish Catholic kills his neighbour with smoke from his chimney.

      Tymczasem rzeczywistość dość na bieżąco:

Oczywiście to nie oznacza, że jest super. Nie jest, ale jeszcze trzeba mieć kontekst.

U nas średnio -9. W Niemczech -2. W Hiszpanii znaczna część na plusie.

I z czego to wynika? Z biedy.

A kolejne miliony niewiele lepiej.

Just another map for morons, single data tell’s us nothing about the air quality, person who finished middle school should already know that

      First time?

I always liked to look at the websites showing the cities with worst air quality, and see many Polish cities at the top during winter

    9. The map is bullcrap, that’s first. Second – Poland has by far the most sensors in the whole Europe, in some countries are non existent or placed in “weird” places

    11. bartek16195 on

Okay, so Ukraine seems to have a line corresponding to their ongoing war effort. There’s a similar line in Spain, which I figure to be to slight Aragon independence movement. Can anyone explain to me why Turkey has a similar line? Please be free if I’m wrong, I’m just curious as to what’s going on.

I’m in the southern part of Poland and Monday morning at 6 it was -17°c, so yeah everyone is burning extra to keep warm.

    14. SubstantialServe9032 on

This is false, but it fits into the narrative which is trying to make Poland into windmill and solar panels county where people can’t survive the temperatures outside because of lacking energy for heating in the winter
