    Der südkoreanische Präsident besucht China, wird herzlich empfangen und will Japan isolieren


    (Beijing Jiji Press) Der südkoreanische Präsident Lee Jae Myung besuchte am 4. Peking, China. Dies ist der erste Besuch eines südkoreanischen Präsidenten in China seit etwa sechs Jahren und er wird am 5. mit dem chinesischen Präsidenten Xi Jinping zusammentreffen. Zu den Themen wird voraussichtlich die Bestätigung der Dynamik für eine Verbesserung der Beziehungen zwischen China und Südkorea gehören das Nordkorea Ausgabe. China, das Lee als behandelt ein Staatsgast Mit solch großzügiger Gastfreundschaft scheint er darauf abzielen zu wollen, die freundschaftlichen Beziehungen zwischen Japan und Südkorea in den letzten Jahren weiter zu verschärfen.

    Lee wird vom 4. bis 7. in Peking bleiben und anschließend Shanghai besuchen. Am 4. wird er an einem Treffen mit koreanischen Einwohnern teilnehmen. Ab dem 5. wird er sich mit Xi und anderen Spitzenpolitikern treffen. In Shanghai wird er an einer Veranstaltung im Zusammenhang mit Venture-Unternehmen aus beiden Ländern teilnehmen und die besuchen "Gebäude der Provisorischen Regierung der Republik Korea," das während der antijapanischen Unabhängigkeitsbewegung erbaut wurde.

      „Aims to isolate Japan“ is a huge stretch. Lee has been playing nice with Japan and everyone else to focus on domestic issues.

      Japan has been doing its best to isolate itself by failing in diplomacy with both China and the US all while taking out any remaining frustrations on the domestic foreign population. Takaichi did her best to piss of South Korea too by reiterating claims over Dokdo, but South Korea did not take the bait and largely ignored it.

      The problem with sensationalism like this is that it’s very much like the story of the boy that cried wolf: it discredits reporting, including serious reporting and directly plays into the “fake news” bs spouted by you know who.

      After inciting the Dokdo issue in Takaichi, I don’t think it would be surprising. If she really had that bit of wisdom, she might try to win over South Korea on her side; However, she did not, so she decided to strengthen China-Korean relations by reminding Koreans of their identity during World War II.

      It is China who aims to isolate Japan. The state visit by Korean president do not come with such aim. The title is false.

      Aims to isolate who? Japan has by far the best diplomacy in the region right now. If Korea wants to isolate Japan, they will be the one getting isolated instead.
