Oh, wait for all the feet references.
I got *Jeg ser føttene dine, Flytt føttene dine, Liker du føtter?* or *Vask føttene dine*
Duolingo became a meme, not an actual learning app. Better to find a different learning platform. I haven’t tried any different ones

The difference between Duolingo and Pimsleur. The first phrase you learn in Pimsleur is «Unnskyld, forstår du engelsk?» That’s a useful phrase, I studied Duolingo intensely every day for almost a year, and when I got to Oslo, I could … read billboards. Mostly. I couldn’t understand or participate in conversational Norwegian.

No. Duolingo do these nonsense sentences relatively often. It might be because they easily stick in your mind and/or simply as a demonstration that language allows you to put words together in new ways to say whatever you want, not just „Good day!, „I am an architect.“ and „Where is the central station?“. In the Dutch course, for instance, they’re obsessed with ducks — there are frequent variations in the vein of „I am a duck.“, „I am not a duck.“ and „May you perhaps be a duck?“.

Duolingo is kinda brain rot
Duolingo works with AI, it’s not trying to make you learn effectively, it’s just stressing you to come see its ad everyday

Not related to Norway
That is not an expression we use
