Ich habe gelesen, dass die Polen aufgrund von TSMC, Taiwans Wirtschaft und Technologie normalerweise sehr zu Taiwan aufschauen. Viele polnische Politiker sehen Taiwan als ihr Vorbild. Taiwan ist sehr demokratisch und hochentwickelt. Es könnte kein besseres Vorbild für Polen sein. Stimmt das? Das habe ich nicht erwartet, da Taiwan ziemlich weit von Polen entfernt ist und wir in Taiwan selten über Polen sprechen. Welche Reaktion erwarten die Polen, wenn sie Taiwaner treffen? Ich war in Polen, hatte aber selten Kontakt zu Einheimischen.

Tbh and I don’t mean to be cold, politicians say their political things but in the general population at least in my social circle we are kind of indifferent about Taiwan, we just don’t have common history and we are far away from each other. I would love to visit Taiwan, you have very beautiful natural landscapes from what I saw in some photos.
Literally never heard of Taiwan being mentioned by politicians ever. And I keep track of politics. I personally like taiwan and would like to see it safe from china
Yes. The story of Taiwan freeing itself from communist rule appeals to Poles. The same case is South Korea.
Yeah, we love Taiwan so much, we don’t even recognize it as a country, because cheap disposable garbage from China is too precious
It’s not about respect or not. There is no modern world without Taiwan.
Eg. Apple and AMD, American big techs, but their production will drop to zero if something happens to Taiwan.
Most people, just like me are ignorant and don’t know a lot about Taiwan other than general stuff
