      The timing of this is very interesting. Presumably, Keir would have known about these planned attacks when he gave the interview about Venezuela.

      So, were both decisions made independently, without influence from US–UK intelligence sharing?

      I think this is a critical question Keir will have to answer as it reveals a lot about our current relationship with our allies.
