      So I just spoke to a friend from Venezuela as I was worried about him. It’s funny because I sent him a message on WhatsApp, and just as I walked out of a supermarket in a big city, I saw him standing there randomly with his gf.

      I asked him if his family is okay and he said his mum is somewhere else so it’s all okay, but what surprised me was to hear that he was happy about this. I was like wtf? He said everything is so bad and corrupt there that if a democracy gets put in place from this it’ll be so much better.

      Just surprising to hear this from a Venezuelan. Thought I’d share, changed my perspective a bit.

      Russia has caused over $500 billion in damage in Ukraine, killed who knows how many thousands of civilians, and razed entire cities to the ground. More than six million Ukrainians have fled the country because of Russia, and thousands of children have been kidnapped. There have even been reports of Russian soldiers raping children as young as four. Russia should just STFU about anything.
