Sounds nice on paper, but doesn’t stop ICE from using people from other states. We need to reign them in for sure, but this seems performative at best.
Strip their freedom. Arrest them for kidnapping people.
Just start with those who approach, detain or even question people without warrants

I appreciate the sentiment, but the Supreme Court [already ruled](https://supreme.justia.com/cases/federal/us/254/51) way back in 1920 that the states can’t punish federal agents for doing their job without a state driver license. Usually that case comes up in a much broader context about how states can’t prescribe the conduct of federal agents, but it was literally about driver licenses.
