    1. Sounds nice on paper, but doesn’t stop ICE from using people from other states. We need to reign them in for sure, but this seems performative at best.

Just start with those who approach, detain or even question people without warrants

Good and when they resist arrest them and haul THEM off to detention for an indefinite period of time see how they like it.

    4. How about running on ranked choice voting and other democracy strengthening issues and not rage baiting? We have enough of that with Newsom.

Supreme Court already said this is not allowed 100 years ago. Johnson v. Maryland (1920)

    6. They’ll just bring in people from out of state. They probably do that anyway to ensure that it’s federal jurisdiction anyway. Moron.

    7. I appreciate the sentiment, but the Supreme Court [already ruled](https://supreme.justia.com/cases/federal/us/254/51) way back in 1920 that the states can’t punish federal agents for doing their job without a state driver license. Usually that case comes up in a much broader context about how states can’t prescribe the conduct of federal agents, but it was literally about driver licenses.

Little bitches were whining about masks during Covid, reposting bullshit with no sources about how they couldn’t breathe and the CO2 was blah blah blah. Now they can’t fucking live without them.
