Can someone from Finland explain why their country wont take serious action against this?
Like what is their news saying and what is the response like within the country itself.

Finland needs to do something about this, if they just let the criminals go, Russia will do it twice as often next year.
This is easily classified as an act of terrorism as the agents are not saying they are doing Russia’s bidding. They should be jailed for life, the boat seized, and a lawsuit placed against the last register corporation of the ship.
On the country level, greater trade restriction penalities for Russia, Finland should increase monitoring of these waterways, board and harress any known Russian ships premptively. Finland cybersecurity departments should work anonymously with Ukraine, more weapons sent to Ukraine, and more border security.
You can’t tell with Russian criminals, politicians or terrorists with asking nicely and saying ‚whelp no laws can be applied here let’s just let them go and try to shame them into stopping.‘
