    1. Productive day 👍

Fuck Israel. Criticizing Israel is NOT antisemitism. Do not let them normalize this bullshit.

Edit: Israeli propaganda machine working hard in here this morning.

      >Included in the revocation were the ban on Israel boycotts, or BDS; **the city’s adoption of the IHRA definition of antisemitism**

      The IHRA too?

The International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance (IHRA), is literally the most widely accepted authority on the working definition of antisemitism.

Its used across various industries (healthcare, law enforcement, education, etc) across the US, local governments, Europe (Germany, UK, France, Belgium etc), higher educational institutions, NGOs, etc to guide policy and more.

Seems he was full of shit all along when promising to take the issue of antisemitism seriously.

    3. Anything Adams did after he was indicted for corruption is somewhat suspect. (Especially if he was hoping for a pardon from Trump).

Headline biased as usual…Mamdani revoked most if not all of Adams‘ executive orders that were stalling housing projects and causing rent increases as well. Mamdani literally did exactly what he told everyone he was going to do by revoking XO’s from Adams…including these.

He’s stated exactly this since he got elected and said he would do this for months *before* he got elected.

    5. Starting by reversing your predecessor’s most controversial orders is exactly what a mandate looks like.

    6. Great move. Those policies were at odds with free speech.

Also, Israel is a genocidal terrorist state, and people must be allowed to say this without being in trouble legally.

Wow, I have not seen an American politician do things to support America in a long time. They are usually just Israeli plants like the former Mayor Adams.

    8. Well just have to wait till stranger things season 6 comes out, “The Search for more Money”

In another post on this same topic the top comment was

HE CAN’T DO THAT! THE ISRAELI GOVERNMENT PAID GOOD MONEY FOR THOSE!

Awful headline. Mamdani revoked every Adams EO issued after Adams was indicted for felony corruption including being an agent of the Turkish government, on the grounds that EOs issued by a lame-duck mayor indicted on those charges are presumptively corrupt.

Considering Adams post-indictment was essentially acting as a kiss-ass to/puppet of Trump, this is exactly what any sane person should want.

Not exactly an unbiased news source. „Jewish. Independent. Nonprofit“ Cool

    12. Elected man doing the things he was elected for. Only two sections are surprised.

      >the city’s adoption of the IHRA definition of antisemitism, which critics say inappropriately treats some forms of Israel criticism as antisemitic

If by „critics“ they mean anyone who has read it and has the capacity to comprehend it, yes.

Yep knew the media was planning this ever since Eric Adams made those executive orders.

Mamdani got rid of a bunch of other executive orders, but you literally can’t find titles referencing them if you search „mamdani revokes executive orders“.

Complicit media plays into an obvious trap just to imply the Muslim mayor is anti-Semitic for the 1000th time this year.

None of the titles even mention free speech, which is what anti bds was restricting.

I can’t believe this is the media that pretends to be neutral. They neutrally report fascism to sane wash it… But frame anything a progressive does as practically jihad.
