    Indische Arbeitnehmer verdienen den höchsten Durchschnittslohn in Deutschland


    Deutsche Arbeitnehmer verdienten laut einer am Freitag veröffentlichten Studie ein durchschnittliches Bruttoeinkommen von 4.177 Euro (4.900 US-Dollar) – mehr als 1.200 Euro weniger als indische Arbeitnehmer. Wir erleben eine Wiederholung der Entstehung einer sehr gut verdienenden indischen Einwanderergemeinschaft, ähnlich wie in den USA in den letzten 30 Jahren.

    Bearbeiten: Um auf Kommentare zu den offensichtlich höheren Durchschnittslöhnen für alle Einwanderergruppen einzugehen, stimme ich zu, dass ein besserer Vergleich mit anderen Einwanderergemeinschaften erfolgt, der zeigt, dass alles im Bereich von 5.000+ liegt. "Die Umfrage ergab, dass der mittlere Bruttomonatslohn indischer Arbeitnehmer im Jahr 2024 5.393 Euro erreichte, vor Österreichern mit 5.322 Euro, US-Bürgern mit 5.307 Euro und irischen Staatsangehörigen mit 5.233 Euro."

      Not very surprising looking at the immigration restrictions and targeting of highly educated industries when recruiting people from India.

      I mean, is that really surprising? Like this compares apples and oranges imo. The „German median“ includes all the minimum wage jobs that most Indians aren’t even allowed to work because they never would get a visa for it. So … yeah … not really surprising Indians have a better median.

      Based on the Indians I know, that is even a low number. I know 3-4 Indians who earn over 100k eur netto and the average netto being around 70k

      Aren’t Indian the highest earning immigrants in almost everywhere? That includes usa, Europe, middle east, etc.

      This shit gets posted every few months. It’s not necessary to be a genius to understand that all of them come here with at least a bachelor degree and work experience. Most of the Indian coworkers that I have encountered are smart and hardworking, although I find their Akzent is difficult to understand.

      I sometimes feel that posts such as this get posted to gas lit or as a rage bait.

      Yet they face racism on almost a monthly basis. Not just from Western Europeans, but also Eastern Europeans for some weird reason.
