AI is a tool, the individual who used it to create child porn is the problem. Same as an individual who would use a gun to shoot up a school. Stop pinning the blame on objects with no thoughts or feelings for the actions of a human. AI has it’s problems such as the drain it has on resources like GPU’s, RAM and power but ultimately the fault lies with sick individuals who misuse it to fulfil their depravity.

My assumption: CP is rampant with AI.
I’m not sure about the legal process because all AI images are fake and can’t be copyrighted.
Although the only focus of AI, is the possibility of deep fake a political person (sure it’s an issue.) But I think the real issue is somebody posted a video that looks and feels like the 1930s of a dark Shirley Temple orgy.
