Gas is around 50% cheaper in Alberta vs the spot prices in US. Traded on a different exchange with limited pipeline capacity. These data centers could be huge for us.

Canada has lots of advantages to support data centres, sufficient energy & water and cold weather.
I don’t know how many jobs will be generated & how much will govt receive in the form of taxes.
Just an FYI for everyone, Alberta government isn’t approving data centers at the moment. They aren’t denying them, but also not approving them until some proper legislation is implemented. There’s a handful of data centers proposed in NW Alberta that are on hold.
