That’s a fairly ambivalent response. There have been stronger statements from other countries.

It’s obvious Modi shot from the hip on this one*. There was no way he could be remotely informed on what had happened at the point he decided to make his statement. Given he’s recently been involved in his own conflicts, you would think he new better than to immediately leap behind one side’s unsubstantiated claims. Particularly given some try to pitch India as a „neutral party“.
