Trump believed Putin’s claim that Ukraine attempted a drone strike on his home, CIA says no evidence of that, more likely made up to undermine peace push, Trump angry. Done.
Not a complete U-turn, he simply posted a New York post article critical of Russian lies about a drone attack on Putin.
He has had these little epihphanies before, before going back to being Krasnov.
