President Trump is battling with White House staff over how much work he actually has to do.

The 79-year-old president, who has repeatedly dozed through public appearances in his second term, has begged White House staff to give him “fewer, more important meetings” during his average workday.

Trump told the Wall Street Journal that he wanted a lighter workload so that he could use his time more “efficiently,” not because of his advanced age.

    2. Well, he has dementia and is old and unhealthy. /s we’ve gotta cut him some slack for that.

    3. An easier schedule? He spent 88 days this year playing golf on the taxpayers’ dime.

    4. Low-energy Trump is unfit for the office of the presidency. Sleepy Don can’t cut it anymore (not that he ever could).

I have heard that his Chief of Staff is about to parade him “on the campaign trail” early this year in an effort to save her own skin after that interview she did. Like Weekend at Bernie’s style. That’s going to exhaust him. I can’t wait.

    6. Imagine voting for a guy who’s complaining he …you know …actually has to do his job after only ten months in office.

I mean, the fact he’s a rapist, serial sexual abuser, child sex trafficker, pedophile, grifter and convicted felon on 34 counts of fraud is bad enough, but jeeeeez.

Well, maybe if he didn’t stay up all night posting crap on his Truth Social, he’d actually get enough sleep so he could stay awake during the day.

Trump is an elderly man with declining mental and physical abilities. Falling asleep in long meetings, especially after meals, is common enough among younger people. I’ve witnessed it many times in meetings – peoples eyes shut for a bit. When I gave presentations in business I always varied the cadence and volume of my voice to help stop that. It works if you know what you’re doing. So, for Trump at 79, it’s going to be seen a lot more frequently and it will only increase with age, stress, and schedule pressures. This one reason why no 79 year old should be president, anyway.

The guy who dozed off during meetings and asks for fewer of them is suddenly too busy summit of „please look productive.“ It’s like watching someone complain about having to show up their own job.

The schedule of the President is not meant for an old, jelly-rolled, pussy-necked, dementia riddled sad sack. Yet you signed up for it. Maybe spend less time ranting in your social media bubble.

This timeline where the president officially negotiates nap time with aides instead of meetings sounds like satire until you scroll 10 seconds and realize it’s the news.

Remember when the media went ape shit about Joe Biden being old and his light schedule? Remember how it was non stop news? Pepper Ridge Farm does.

      >“President Trump is the hardest-working president the American people have ever had. He is literally always working around the clock, seven days a week, to better our country,” Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt told the Daily Beast.

I know it’s your job to do north korea level propaganda but goddamn.
