      I’d do it. In the interests of political civility I’d let him do house arrest. Especially since a lot of his health problems come from an assassination attempt. Stabbing. 

      Brazil’s like the USA but worse – as far as polarization goes. Sometimes you got to dial back the vengeance to make that better. They held Bolsonaro accountable and put an end to his political career. Good. For what he did – good. 

      But now is when you offer the defeated generous terms.

      It’s essential that Bolsonaro remain in a prison cell with zero special privileges for the entirety of his term to other world leader shitheels that not *all* sins in this life go unpunished even for the most powerful among us.
