I’m not sure why this is such a surprising thing if it did happen. I mean Russia is currently invading Ukraine, so high value targets will naturally be bombed by Ukraine.
Because the moneypit called a residence is not a meaningful target whatsoever. There’s a near zero chance actually hitting the human excrement himself.
