Wenn möglich, werden auf der Seite mit den Immobiliendetails auch der Listenpreis und der Makler angezeigt und die Differenz zwischen dem Verkaufspreis und dem ursprünglichen Listenpreis berechnet.

It only shows a few apartments in my complex. Many more have sold this year or in the previous years.

It’s a good idea, although to be blunt there’s been a few versions posted here that all do similar using PPR.
