The usual ocular wool-pull with respect to the USA’s size. As Wikipedia notes, the official figures from the CIA, UN, and Encyclopedia Britannica all include the USA’s coastal and territorial water claims and exclude those for China, which is in fact bigger by any apples-to-apples measurement.
The “frontiersland” gang. Be it Siberia, the Prairies, the Rockies, Gobi and Taklamakan deserts, the Amazon, the Outback and Patagonia.
Two of the top three are basically the same now.

Shoutout to Alaska being so huge the USA would be smaller than China and Brazil without it, and then getting absolutely disregarded in size for this ranking.
Other fun Alaska facts: Alaska is so big it is 1,723,337 square kilometers (almost big enough to make this list by itself). Also, Alaska has more coastline that the continental US and Hawaii… combined.
9,525,067 is the land size of the USA. Stop posting fake numbers.

Which one has the most habitable area? Russia and Canada are largely uninhabited in much of their claimed territory due to Arctic conditions.
Quick reminder that:
– Russia is so big it can cover the dwarf planet of Pluto
– The continent of Africa is larger than Russia by like 1.8* or something
Oh I love this! I would’ve guessed the first 6, probably put China at number 6 by guessing. I would’ve never even thought of Argentina and Kazakhstan to be on the radar in the top then.

If we’re just talking land as the title suggests, China would be 2nd at 9,328,246km², the U.S. third at 9,147,590km² and Canada at 9,093,507km².
