North African Countries
South Africa, Namibia & Botswana
Gabon, Mauritus, Seychelles & Cabo Verde are always better than the rest african countries.

GDP per Capita is so useless to measure anything that if Elon Musk went back to South Africa it would skyrocket, without improving the life of barely anyone

I personally don’t expect to see most of Africa particularly become wealthier per capita in my life time, it is really a disappointment of a continent. Half these countries are poorer per capita at constant prices than a generation ago.
