      Telegraphing this so publicly also means that the response is either likely to be fast or symbolic maybe?

      I’m asking out of ignorance, but shouldn’t government buildings be targeted from day one? If they want to destroy the government, that’s where they should be aiming, right? Or is there some kind of treaty I’m unaware of that prevents that?
