Yes, some automatic car washes wash the underside of your car. The ones attached to gas stations…
Widzę że z myciem prawie czystego samochodu radzi sobie nieźle, ciekawe czy jest w stanie umyć też brudny samochód. 😀

These are ubiquitous in the states. But I’ve only ever seen where you drive in one door and out the other. American drivers would not be trusted to back in.

I regularly go to one in Łódź on Demokratyczna 76. It’s been there for several years. Also you don’t have to reverse into it as it has a separate entrance and exit.
May be irrelevant, but I know in Cracow BMW m cars on libertow (Bronowice) has this, but it’s only free if you do other works or services on the car. Paid service otherwise

Look for „myjnia laserowa“ (laser carwash) or „myjnia bezszczotkowa“ (brushless carwash). They are not common but they exist. I know of one in Jaromin (30km away from Katowice.
