That’s a nice lady, the airline sounds awful to deal with and I’m so sorry this woman and her son had to go through so much stress. There was an issue with the son’s ticket, and she didn’t have enough money ($1K) to buy a new one. Unsure what the exact issue is, but then they finally agreed to fix it.
