  2. Cool chart. Worth noting that this is nominal GDP per capita. If you look at GDP per capita in PPP terms, Cyprus keeps the same position (28th) and also ranks slightly above the EU average and above countries like the UK.

    PPP adjusts for local price levels, so it can be informative for comparing material living standards across countries. Especially within Europe
