looks intentional. horrible for those animals to be thrown to war, but cool to see Ukraine try to avoid collateral damage when possible.

The horse was in on it as an undercover agent. The drone pilot made a close pass to signal the horse his intent to liquidate the orc, and the horse threw off the rider, getting into a safe distance before the drone hit.

Did he intentionally fall off the horse to protect it from the blast?

Remember, ruZkies came with idea of anti-tank dogs back in WWII.

Didn’t work well though. Trained to sniff Soviet diesel engines than German gasoline engines.

    5. You guys remember early in this war how different it was. Russian army was professional and equipped. So many helicopters and bmps. Wagner being a thing. Mobiks posting videos about the bad conditions. Bakhmut. No drones and turtle tanks and horses and motorcycles. Now 99% of casualties are drones. Random but had to reflect seeing this dude on a damn horse being droned.

Nice move to do a slow close by before the final touché… Hope the horse survived.

sadly not a lot ofstuff for a horse to survive on out there in no man’s land right now…

If I was the drone pilot I’d make sure the horse was safe before finishing the guy off.

    8. Did they ever find and 🚬 they guy that was torturing the horse a few months back? That video still haunts me.

This single clip might end up becoming the training for any FPV pilots looking to deal with these guys.

Odds are that half the troops they even bother giving horses can hardly ride them correctly. Just some basic FPV maneuvering skills are probably enough to startle any horse enough to kick a heavily equipped (and likely overweight) orc off their back and boom you’ve got yourself a nice cockroach wriggling on its back before getting boomed

People praise the drone pilots for not harming the horse. I’d argue that fatally injuring the horse is more merciful than sparing its life. The horse is almost guaranteed to die from hypothermia, starvation or exhaustion in this scenario.
