Isn’t that the Russian that fought with the Ukrainians while waiting for transport out? I was wondering why he kinda looks like one of the guys, just grabbing a bag.

    3. Thats’s what you get for limiting conscription – not enough soldiers lead to too long frontline rotations, which leads to desertions which leads to even less soldiers. With a wider conscription Ukraine could alliavate these problems and it would not lead to ukrainian youth being decimated since casualties would be spread accross multiple fighting generations.

Very tough. Ukraine needs a proper rotations system and sufficient reserves. Without it, these guys will have to fight for way too long without rest and rotation. In WW1 that was absolutely crucial for keeping soldiers morale up and fighting condition.
